4. Refunds

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for defective or damaged items.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
