You may return any eligible gaming chair within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided that:
The item is unused and in original condition
All original packaging, accessories, and manuals are included
You contact us and receive a Return Authorization before sending it back
Note: Custom orders or items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

Our team will send you return instructions and a Return Authorization
Carefully repackage the item and ship it to our return address

If your return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product, etc.), we’ll cover return shipping costs
If it’s a change of mind or personal preference, you are responsible for return shipping
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and shipping insurance. Xyvolta is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Once your return is received and inspected:
You’ll receive an email confirmation of approval or rejection
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return was due to our error
If your chair arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect:
Contact us within 5 days of delivery at contact@xyvolta.com
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
We’ll arrange a replacement part, full replacement, or refund—whichever resolves the issue fastest
