✅ 30-Day Return Guarantee

You may return any eligible gaming chair within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in original condition

  • All original packaging, accessories, and manuals are included

  • You contact us and receive a Return Authorization before sending it back

Note: Custom orders or items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.


🔄 How to Request a Return
  1. Email us at contact@xyvolta.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. Our team will send you return instructions and a Return Authorization

  3. Carefully repackage the item and ship it to our return address

🚚 Return Shipping
  • If your return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product, etc.), we’ll cover return shipping costs

  • If it’s a change of mind or personal preference, you are responsible for return shipping

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and shipping insurance. Xyvolta is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.


💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation of approval or rejection

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return was due to our error


🔧 Damaged or Defective Items

If your chair arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect:

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery at contact@xyvolta.com

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

  • We’ll arrange a replacement part, full replacement, or refund—whichever resolves the issue fastest
